Privacy Policy

When you use Kuriei, we process the following data to provide the service:

• URLs you submit — We fetch and parse the content of product pages you provide to generate creative briefs. This content is processed transiently and not stored long-term.
• Product images you upload — Photos you upload are sent to a third-party hosting provider for temporary storage (up to 24 hours) so they can be used as reference images during generation. We do not retain uploaded images beyond that window.
• Generated content — Ad copy and image generation prompts are sent to third-party AI providers (see Section 4). Generated images are hosted temporarily by those providers.

Certain features require account creation. When you register, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. We use this information to manage your account and to send you service-related emails, including welcome messages, credit expiration reminders, and product updates. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link in those messages.

We use product analytics, session recording, and error tracking to understand how the App is used, to measure our signup and generation funnel, and to diagnose failures. These tools record page views, in-app events (such as generating a brief or an image), browser and device information, approximate location derived from your IP address, and replays of individual sessions — mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and the pages you visit.

Values you type into form fields are masked and are not captured in recordings. Content shown on screen during your session, such as generated briefs and ad copy, may appear in a recording. Recordings and events are linked to a persistent identifier stored on your device, and to your account when you are signed in.

When something goes wrong, we also record the technical details of the failing request so that we can fix it.

We share data with service providers only as needed to run the App, and each handles it under its own privacy policy. Those providers fall into the following categories:

• AI providers — brief extraction, copy generation, and image generation and editing, including temporary hosting of the resulting images.
• Analytics and session recording — PostHog and Microsoft Clarity, which provide the analytics, recording, and error tracking described in Section 3.
• Payments — Stripe processes payments and subscriptions. We never receive or store your full card details.
• Infrastructure — hosting, database, email delivery, and sign-in providers required to operate the App and your account.

We use cookies and local storage for the following purposes:

• Authentication — A session cookie that keeps you signed in.
• Preferences — Small values such as your cookie-notice acknowledgement and one-time dismissals.
• Analytics — Our analytics and session-recording providers store a persistent pseudonymous identifier so repeat visits can be recognized as the same browser. It does not contain your name or email address.
• Attribution — If you arrive through one of our outreach links, we store a first-party cookie recording which campaign brought you here. This cookie lasts up to 180 days and helps us understand which outreach efforts are effective. It contains a short campaign code only.

You can remove any of these at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site. Browser settings or extensions that block analytics scripts will prevent the analytics identifier from being set at all.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Uploaded images — Deleted automatically within 24 hours by our hosting provider.
• Generated images — Hosted temporarily by the AI provider; we do not control the exact retention window but it is typically hours to days.
• Account data — Retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
• Analytics data — Retained by our analytics provider for up to one year.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the date above or provide in-app notice.
