Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

• Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• New accounts may receive a limited number of promotional credits at no cost. These credits expire after a fixed period, carry no cash value, and are non-transferable.
• Subscription credits are issued at the start of each billing cycle and expire at the end of that cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to subsequent periods.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• The Service uses AI to generate ad copy and images based on URLs you provide, product photos you upload, and patterns you select.
• Images generated on the free tier carry a visible watermark. Paid plans remove the watermark.
• Uploaded product photos are used solely as reference for generation and are deleted automatically within 24 hours.
• Generated content is provided “as-is.” You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring its legality and compliance with third-party platform rules before use.
• You must not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringes on others' rights.

• All branding, code, and non-user-generated assets in the Service are owned by us.
• You retain rights to content you create using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your generated outputs.
• You must not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute the Service's underlying technology.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, bug-free performance, or suitability for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the Service, including indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails (account confirmations, credit notifications) and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link included in each message.
